Do players need an account?+
Yes. A player account unlocks mobile features like court bookings, training participation, tournaments, and club information.
Can I manage tournaments?+
Not yet. The pilot focuses on bookings, training sessions, and member operations first — tournament workflows are next on the roadmap, built from pilot feedback.
Is there a mobile app?+
Yes. Local Slam pairs a CMS for club staff with dedicated iOS and Android apps for players and coaches.
Can I import existing members?+
Yes. We handle the import during onboarding, so your existing roster, membership numbers, and roles are ready before you go live — no manual re-entry.
